My Blog Week: August 20

Nortie, Torsade’s site ambassador

This week, the short story “Are You Jealous” concluded, with its fourth and final parts. “Tourmaline” part two was added, by excerpt to post, and full length to page. “Hammersmith” made its return after last appearing July 10. Not to make the parent page a slow-loader, “Hammersmith” continues on a new page. An essay begins a new Curious Reading series, “On Taste” — one not wordy, but with fun visuals. “Tattersby”, in the Folly Series, has its ninth entry, wherein the guest confronts Tattersby’s rival for the fascinating Lady Gimple. Also, a non-series poem, “Come Back”.

Photos on my posts usually have a link to related information, sometimes serious, sometimes whimsical, sometimes in answer to a direct reference, as with Shakespeare’s sonnet 116, attached to the signature image in “Are You Jealous” (final). Since people can be leery about clicking links, I include them here: what they are, where they’re found.
